# AgUnity Co‑op Manager

## What is the AgUnity Co‑op Manager?

The AgUnity Co-op Manager is a web-based tool that enables agricultural cooperatives and unions to manage the data that is critical to running their businesses, including:

* Farmer and fisher member data (including GPS coordinates)
* Organisational data
* Transaction data
* Certifications

It allows them to provide services to their members and get insights from reports.

The Co-op Manager is part of an integrated tool suite that includes mobile Field Apps (used to collect data in the field and track processing), Cropslist (our online marketplace), and Tracingly (our partner traceability solution).

You can learn more about our products on the [AgUnity Website](https://www.agunity.com/solutions), or watch the video below.

## Self-onboarding

Our self-onboarding process allows individual co-operatives to upload organisation, staff, and member data to the Co‑op Manager by entering it into a spreadsheet and sending it to us. Once we receive the data, we will review it, upload it, and send the staff you defined an email with login information.

You can either create a single organisation or multiple related organisations with a structure similar to the one shown in the image below. If you are creating multiple organisations, you must define the top oprganisation in the first row of the spreadsheet. In the example below, that would be Organisation A. For every other organistion, you will need to define the parent. In the example below, Organisation C's parent is Organisation A, and Organisation D's parent is Organisation C.
